Kumo Fusion Omakase is the restaurant inside Riviera Boutique Hotel on Jl Raya Pengosekan, and its omakase in Ubud is served at a counter with four seats facing the chef. The rest of the 30-seat room is laid for the steak house menu, so you pick the counter or a table first.

Kumo serves dinner Tuesday to Sunday, 17.00 to 23.00, and is shut on Mondays.
As of October 2026 the room has 30 seats and serves up to 60 guests an evening across two sittings, with four of the seats at the counter. The restaurant page does not list the sitting times, so ask for them when you book.
The chef chooses the courses and you choose the length. First Encounter has four moments, The Journey six, The Chef's Selection eight and The Kumo Experience ten, and all four are served at the same four-seat counter.
Kumo describes its omakase as a sequence of small plates and courses built on fresh ingredients, minimal storage and conscious sourcing. The eight-moment menu uses ingredients chosen for the season.
Each of the four lengths is priced on Kumo's menu. Menu prices are exclusive of 10% government tax and 11% service charge, which are added on top of each printed price.
The menu lists coffee and tea, soft drinks, beer and cocktails, along with mocktails and kombucha. There are ten signature cocktails and seven classics. The beer is a Guinness, one of three Bali Hai beers or a small Bintang, and there are six mocktails and five kombucha flavours for anyone not drinking.
After dinner, Riviera's cafe and lounge serves wine.

Kumo is at Jl Raya Pengosekan, Ubud, inside Riviera Boutique Hotel. Parking is free with limited spaces, so tell the hotel before you arrive if you are driving.
