What Urban View Room 2 looks out on
Urban View Room 2 sits over the same streets as Urban View Room 1 and reads brighter, because the daylight arrives through a pair of tall arched windows rather than one. Sheer curtains run the full height of both, and a private balcony is listed among the room features.
The wall behind the bed is dark walnut, lit by slim vertical brass sconces mounted on the panelling rather than the hanging pendants used in Room 1. A walnut wardrobe with open shelving stands beside the bathroom entry, which is flanked by carved timber lattice screens. An armchair sits by the windows.
Because the daylight comes through two arched windows instead of one door, Urban View Room 2 reads as the brighter of the two street-facing rooms. The pair of openings runs the full height of the wall behind their sheer curtains, so the room takes light along its whole front rather than through a single frame. It is the room to choose if you want the street outlook and the balcony but want the daytime light to do more of the work than the lamps.

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Ubud with stylish interiors and great attention to detail. I stayed in a Garden View room, which was very comfortable, spotless and peaceful. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and helpful. I originally booked two nights but loved it so much that I extended my stay by another three. I would definitely return!
A Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of Ubud, very centrally and conveniently located and close to the best shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very beautiful colonial atmosphere, the rooms are clean, modern and stylish. The staff is kind and responsive. It's a great place for a couple or single travellers, it's not really fit for families as it has no infrastructure and special spaces for kids. It's a great place for adult travellers wanting to stay in the very heart of Ubud and enjoy the walking distance to the evening events in Ubud or just visiting the town without the need to use a car or a bike. We will be back!

A guest who found us for the last three nights of a stay in Ubud wrote that Yoga Barn is about a 10-minute walk by the shortcut and Radiantly Alive about 25 minutes away. How are the bed and bathroom set up in Urban View Room 2?
Room features are a king bed at 180 × 200 cm, a private balcony, air conditioning, an in-room safe and daily housekeeping. Capacity is two guests across 23 m².
Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a tea and coffee station, a hair dryer and a minibar available at an additional charge. Unlimited filtered water runs from the refill station for the whole stay, with fresh drinking water brought to the room each day. The lounge serves coffee and pastries by day and wine in the evening, the spa books Balinese and deep-tissue massage, aromatherapy, foot care and hair treatments, and Kumo seats thirty guests a night with four counter places for the chef's omakase and the rest set for the steak-house menu. A bright balcony room downstairs from all of it makes for an easy day.
The address is Jl Raya Pengosekan, in the Pengosekan part of Ubud, a stretch of town with a long history of painters and galleries. Ubud's main street runs up from Riviera, and the town's cafes, shops and markets are a short walk away with the palace and temples in the streets beyond. A front room with two windows over that neighborhood puts you in the part of Ubud Riviera belongs to rather than looking away from it.
